The app license is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with applicable App Store terms. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
General self-care
Forme offers facial-movement demonstrations, guided pauses, check-ins, and an optional personal journal for adults. It is not a medical device, diagnosis, rehabilitation plan, or substitute for professional care. Research on cosmetic facial exercises remains limited. We do not promise facial fat reduction, wrinkle removal, a changed face shape, or a particular result.
Use within comfort
Keep movements gentle and within a comfortable range. Demonstrations make movements visible; they are not instructions to use force. Stop if you feel pain, jaw clicking, dizziness, skin irritation, or other discomfort. If you have a relevant condition, jaw symptoms, or a recent facial procedure, seek advice from a qualified professional before following a demonstration. Rest days and stopping early are always options.
Demonstrations and illustrations
Some demonstrations use fictional AI-generated models and are labeled accordingly. Muscle illustrations show intended areas of movement, not measured activation or a clinical assessment. A short demonstration does not establish an effective treatment or a proven training dose.
Your journal and privacy
You retain your rights to the photos and notes you add. Only import or share material you are entitled to use. Keep your device and backups secure. Forme does not provide a separate backup service; deleting app data can be permanent. Our privacy policy explains local storage, optional permissions, export, and support correspondence.
App content and availability
App design, demonstrations, illustrations, and other supplied materials are owned or licensed by World Seed, LLC. You may use them within the app for personal use under the applicable license. Features and content may change as we improve the app. We aim for reliable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
