Forme: Face Ritual is operated by World Seed, LLC. This policy describes the iPhone app and information you choose to send us for support.
Data on your device
Forme stores your preferences, comfort selections, daily check-ins, practice history, and optional photo journal locally on your device. The app does not require an account and does not send this content to our servers. We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs in the app.
Photos and face processing
You can choose to take a photo or import one through Apple's photo picker. Camera access is optional. Forme uses on-device image processing to normalize photos, remove embedded metadata such as location, and offer framing guidance. Any face detection runs on your device; it does not identify you, create an identity profile, or send face information to us or an AI provider. Forme does not assign beauty, health, or appearance scores.
Saved images, thumbnails, dates, and your notes remain in the app's local storage. If you export an image, it is shared only with the destination you choose using the iOS share sheet; that destination's privacy practices apply.
Reminders and permissions
Daily reminders are optional local notifications scheduled on your device. You can change or turn them off in Forme or iPhone Settings. Declining camera or notification permission does not prevent access to the other features.
Demonstrations and external links
Demonstration videos and movement illustrations are supplied with the app. Some demonstrations use fictional AI-generated models, as identified in the app. Your personal photos are not used to generate these demonstrations. Opening research, support, or policy links connects you to the selected website, which may receive normal web request information such as your IP address.
Backups, retention, and deletion
Local app data may be included in your normal iPhone or iCloud backup, depending on your Apple settings. Apple manages those backups under its own terms and privacy policy. Forme does not operate a separate cloud sync or backup service.
Use Clear history in Journal to delete practice history and check-ins. Delete individual photos or use Clear all photos in the photo journal to remove saved photos and their notes. These are separate actions. Deleting the app removes its local data from the device; existing backups must be managed separately in your Apple settings.
Contacting support
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information or attachments you send. We use these to respond to your request and maintain necessary support records, not for advertising. Our email provider processes these messages. We retain correspondence only as needed to resolve the request, support our service, and meet applicable legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us.
Children
Forme is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. If a child has sent us personal information in a support message, contact us so we can address it.
